Athletic Physicals for BHS and BMS
Registration is now OPEN. Athletic Physicals for the 25-26 School Year. This is the easiest and cheapest way for your son/daughter to get their physical for next school year. Early registration is over and now onsite payments will be accepted for $25. A digital receipt of payment will need to be provided for admittance along with the signed consent forms unless they have been turned in ahead of time. Included in the physical: height/weight, blood pressure, pulse rate, eye exam, musculoskeletal exam, a visit with a medical doctor, and a heart screening. All questions can be submitted to Doc Martinez.

Physicals will be held at the Middle School Gym. Pre-registration ends on April 30 at 10:00 pm. After that all payments will be made on site via cash or check for $25
